Every ingredient in Udos Ultimate Oil Blend is vegan-friendly, carefully selected for its health value, and to make it easier for you to consume essential 'good fats' in a balanced way. 'Good fats' or essential fatty acids (EFAs) play a vital role in many functions within your body, including heart, brain, skin and vision health.
Only two fatty acids are essential for humans: ALA - alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and LA - linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid).
How To Use: 2 capsules daily. Up to 6 capsules daily can be taken if required, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
