Stérimar™ Hayfever & Allergy Relief is an isotonic solution* that helps clear and cleanse nasal passages, eliminating allergens in contact with nasal lining (pollen, dust, dust mites, pet hair…). The natural isotonic formula helps reduce the number of acute allergic rhinitis episodes by 42%^ and is free from drugs, steroids and preservatives, making it suitable for daily use from 3 years and up.

Stérimar™ Hayfever & Allergy Relief can also be used by pregnant/breastfeeding women and may be used following nose surgery.

^Study on 60 adults where 30 used Stérimar daily for 5 months alongside standard treatment (M. Grasso et al., 2018)

*Isotonic solution: solution with the same salt concentration as cells in the human body.

How To Use

Stérimar has a unique nozzle that disperses the solution in very fine droplets further up the nose for increased efficacy. Stérimar is easy to use at any angle.

Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Press briefly without tilting your or your head backwards or sniffing.
Blow your nose.
Repeat in other nostril.

Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Use as often as required or as recommended by your doctor.

We are delighted to offer you the option to collect your order in-store at no additional cost or alternatively, we will deliver your order to any location in the Republic of Ireland with FREE delivery on orders over €50.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 days. On occasional times such as Black Friday, Christmas etc when there are high parcel volumes in the system it may take longer. Our delivery partner is 'An Post'.
