Product Information

Get an extra layer of protection against colds with Stérimar™ Cold Defence – an exclusive formula inspired by nature. The 100% sea water based solution is enriched with copper salts to gently cleanse nasal passages and help reduce the risk of ENT disorders such as sinusitis, bronchitis and otitis.

Stérimar™ Cold Defence washes out impurities in the nose including airbornes responsible for colds, helping to limit cold symptoms from developing and enabling you to make the most of your busy day ahead.

Like all Stérimar™ products, Cold Defence is free from steroids, drugs and preservatives, suitable for pregnant women and the whole family from 3 years and up.

How To Use

Stérimar has a unique nozzle that disperses the solution in very fine droplets further up the nose for increased efficacy. Stérimar is easy to use at any angle.

Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Press briefly without tilting your or your head backwards or sniffing.
Blow your nose.
Repeat in other nostril.

Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Use as often as required or as recommended by your doctor.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 days. On occasional times such as Black Friday, Christmas etc when there are high parcel volumes in the system it may take longer. Our delivery partner is 'An Post'.
