Product Information: ProVen Probiotics A-Z Multivitamin & Mineral with Acidophilus & Bifidus & CoQ10 provides comprehensive nutritional support for wellbeing in adults. The product contains trace minerals (including calcium) and the Lab4 group of friendly bacteria, along with all 13 essential vitamins at a minimum of 100% of the recommended daily intake (NRV), with vitamin D included at higher levels – to help support immune and digestive function. Each capsule also includes CoQ10, silicon and boron.

How To Use: As a food supplement for adults, take one capsule daily with food.
