Nicorette Gum Icy White 2mg 30 Pack is a sugar-free coated and a tasty ice mint flavoured gum used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce the cravings you get when you try to quit or cut down smoking. It also improves teeth whiteness.

Quitting smoking means breaking the cycle of addiction and essentially rewiring the brain to stop craving nicotine.
To be successful, smokers that want to quit need to have a plan in place to beat cravings and triggers.
The benefits of quitting smoking begin in as little as 1 hour after the last cigarette.
The sooner a smoker quits, the faster they will reduce their risk of cancer, heart and lung disease, and other conditions related to smoking.

Quitting smoking lowers your risk of other cancers over time as well, including cancers of the stomach, pancreas, liver, cervix, and colon and rectum, as well as acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Quitting also lowers your risk of diabetes, helps your blood vessels work better, and helps your heart and lungs. Quitting smoking can also add as much as 10 years to your life, compared to if you continued to smoke. Quitting while you're younger can reduce your health risks more (for example, quitting before the age of 40 reduces the risk of dying from smoking-related disease by about 90%), but quitting at any age can give back years of life that would be lost by continuing to smoke.

How To Use

Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong (less than a minute)
Rest the gum between your gums and cheek – the nicotine is then released into your body via the mouth lining
Start chewing the gum again when the taste has faded.
Repeat until nicotine craving disappears.
As a rough guide, most people start by using between 8-12 and up to 15 pieces of nicotine gum each day.
It’s advisable to use the gum for three months during which time you reduce the number of pieces you chew.
