Between 10 and 30% of postmenopausal women experience osteoporosis, a gradual decline in bone density and a higher Magnesium intake through food and supplements is believed to decrease the progression of osteoporosis and support bone health. These BetterYou Magnesium Flakes comprise a unique combination of 100% pure source subterranean and marine Magnesium Chloride which has been naturally evaporated, purified and condensed for maximum absorption. Forming an essential component in any healthcare routine, these flakes provide intense muscle relaxation.

How To Use: Bath - add 250g Magnesium Sleep Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.
Foot bath - add 150g Magnesium Sleep Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
